Use the following Mercer County and Kentucky channels for the most common official records:
- Court case files: review criminal court case records or call the Mercer Circuit Court Clerk at 859-734-8452
- Police incident reports: contact Harrodsburg Police at 859-734-5120, Burgin Police at 859-605-9652, or the agency that wrote the report
- Sheriff records: call Mercer County Sheriff at 859-734-4221 for sheriff-created incidents, crashes, service, or warrant information
- Bookings and custody: call Boyle County Detention Center at 859-238-1100 ext. 300
- State criminal history: contact Kentucky State Police, Criminal Identification and Records Branch
- Expungement: obtain AOC certification, then file an eligible Mercer matter with the clerk that holds the case
